Chat Checkpoint

Terms of Use

Chat Checkpoint · Last updated 2 October 2026

By using Chat Checkpoint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

The service

Chat Checkpoint keeps a versioned ledger for the projects you work on with ChatGPT: where things stand, the decisions you've locked versus ideas still tentative, key facts, open questions, next steps and pinned answers. Every save is compared with the last one, so a dropped decision, a tentative idea that quietly became 'agreed', or a missing constraint gets flagged. When a chat gets too long, resume the project in a fresh chat from a clean handoff brief. The plugin is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
